The Convention Center at the KOA Holiday provides a fantastic atmosphere for a wide variety of events. Parties, luncheons, reunions, group classes, and more fit perfectly in this intimate yet open space.

Availability & Rates:

Available 7 days a week on a first-come, first-served basis.

$150 Rental fee + $150 refundable security deposit are due at the time of reservation.

$75 each additional hour or $600 for 9 am-Midnight day rental.

Rental is for the Convention Center and Convention Center porch ONLY.

Renter and guests should stay within the Convention Center grounds.

The KOA Convention Center is available for rentals year-round.
